It seems just like a normal New York Cheesecake for me when I received it. After tried the first bite, it really surprises me!! 🤩 I really like the cheese smell and the mouthfeel is great. Maybe it didn’t contain any flour, so you can feel the upmost pureness and the smoothness of the cheese.
