How many days to place order?

Please place your order at least 5 days in advance. We do not accept urgent orders.

Do you have any ready stock product?

NO. All our products are made only after pre-order and payment.

Do you have a physical shop for walk-ins?

NO. We are a homemade business and only accept pre-orders. Pick-up is available.

Can I leave my cake in room temperature?

We do not recommend keeping the cake at room temperature for more than 20 minutes, as it may affect the taste and cause cream cakes to melt. Only the Golden Kasutera is best consumed at room temperature.

How long can the cake/tart/puff last?

For the best experience, please consume our freshly prepared goods within 3 days of purchase.

Do you provide delivery service?

YES. Delivery service is only available during off-peak hours within the Kuching town area and is subject to additional charges.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges depend on the distance, starting from RM8.99.

Can I customise cakes into different shapes?

We can do custom design on most of the cakes, but not custom shapes.

Only Fresh Cream Cake can be customized into different shape. Kindly reach out to us at whatsapp.
