YES. Delivery service is only available during off-peak hours within the Kuching town area and is subject to additional charges.

We can do custom design on most of the cakes, but not custom shapes.

Refund and Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not allowed as we take time to prepare and source the necessary ingredients and materials for your order. Since we bake only upon order, we do not keep stock of certain ingredients, toppers, or customized toys.
If you need to cancel due to an understandable reason, such as the passing of a loved one, a 50% partial refund applies for cancellations made at least one day before the pick-up date. However, no refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up date. We truly appreciate your understanding, as our baker puts in time and effort to preparing your order.
For approved cancellations, customers are required to provide their bank account details for the refund transfer.
Damages & Issues
We want you to enjoy your cake at its best! Please check your order upon receiving it and let us know right away if there are any issues, such as damage or incorrect items, so we can make things right.
Since our cakes are freshly baked upon order, we recommend enjoying them within 3 days for the best taste and quality. If a complaint is made after the delivery date, we may not be able to offer a full refund, as various factors could affect the cake’s freshness, taste, and appearance over time.
To maintain its quality, please do not leave your cake in a stationary car for more than 20 minutes, especially in hot weather, as this may cause melting or spoilage.
We also do not recommend keeping cakes at room temperature for more than 20 minutes, as this can impact the taste. However, our Golden Kasutera is best enjoyed at room temperature.
