Before placing your order, please take note of the following:-

Order Amendments: Please review all details carefully before confirming. Kindly contact us for any amendments if needed.

Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee applies. Kindly ensure your order is final before proceeding. You may refer to our refund and returns policy.

Contact Information: The phone number entered under ‘Shipping Address’ will be contacted on the day of delivery. Please provide the recipient’s correct number.

Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is unavailable to receive the cake, re-delivery will incur an additional charge of RM30.

Order Finalisation: Once an order is received, refunds or modifications are not allowed.

Exceptional Cases: In unforeseen situations beyond your control, a refund may be granted.

Changes to Orders: No changes can be made if the request is less than 3 days before delivery.

Late Modifications: Last-minute changes (under 3 days) will incur a penalty fee, as preparations would already be underway.

Lead Time: All our products require a 5-day pre-order. Please plan ahead to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Area: We offer delivery to the following locations, with self-pickup available for free:

• Kota Sentosa Area (around KFC)
• Batu Kawa Area (around Emart)
• Kota Samarahan Area (around Summer Mall)
• Kuching Town Area (BDC, Hui Sing, Kenyalang Park, Stampin, Stutong, Tabuan Jaya)
• Pending & Sejingkat Area
• 3rd Mile Area (Aeon Mall)
• Self-collection available at Kampung Stutong Baru

Delivery Charges: Fees range from RM15 to RM25, depending on the location. You can check the exact fee in your cart during checkout.

Delivery Confirmation: A photograph of the cake with the recipient may be taken at drop-off to confirm:

• The correct person has received the cake (customer or their representative).
• The cake was delivered intact.

Courtesy Reminder:-

Surprise Deliveries: If you’re sending a birthday cake as a surprise, keep in mind that recipients may take the day off. Be sure to check if they’ll be available.

Guardhouse Drop-offs: If you request to leave the cake at a guardhouse, please ensure a fridge is available for storage. Otherwise, your freshly baked cake may spoil due to heat and exposure.
